  Can anyone help? I live in a mobile home park , and it's been discovered that whoever set up the pipes to bring water from the meter to the house did it with hose rather than pipes. Many neighbors have had their hose burst and the landlord wants everyone to fix their lots...even though it was their people who created this mess to start with. I have a plumber friend who will do the repair on the pipes but will not dig the hole. I've tried digging myself and the soil is too firm, and my husband is disabled with a neck Injury and is unable to do it. Would anyone be willing to help dig this trench (approx 7ft long, 3ft deep)? Or recommend someone who could? I can pay some, but not a lot. TYIA
