About us

We are a Lil Mom Pop Business, fully licensed with the State. Pick up/To Go only. We are pre-order only. We currently cook on the Saturday closest to the 15th and the last Saturday of each month. Call or text 512-734-1586.

Custom smoked Brisket, Whole Chickens, Pork Ribs, and Smoked Beef Sausage. Sides include Pintos, Potato Salad, and Slaw.
