  DO NOT GO TO NIGHT MARKETS!!! You can go to J tattoo 紋身工作室 near Gongguan or to 大毛's Master tattoo & COW in Ximendian. Both are very high quality and I have had work done by both artists more than once (including this upcoming weekend). J is great at detail work and picture perfect tattoos, and Da Mao is very famous for his very easy style, more like paintings. They are two of the top artists I found and you could find in Taipei. Check out their styles. I have a full back piece of an ancient Chinese painting on my back by Da Mao (Master COW) and a funky Batman/Fear and Loathing Tattoo by J.
