  if that doesn't get you what you need (because i think you have to be an authorized repair place to have the right stuff on hand), i have been using birkenstock express by mail for years. my original pair of birkenstocks has been resoled three times now: http://www.birkenstockexpress.com/Repair/birkenstock-repair-types.cfm
