Can anyone recommend an online store to buy minimalist shoes for children? We don't have any shoe shops nearby but I do have a foot measuring gauge. Thank you.

Not as 'barefoot' as vivo, but my daughter has shoes from http://www.bobux.co.uk/ which we've been very pleased with. Light and flexible without any of the usual horrible 'support'.
