  Melissa G. wrote: Whether a potential tenant or landlord, I would avoid this company at all costs. While they may defend their stance as that they "provide service and protect the interest of the landlord", I would say that while that may be their intent, they fail to do so effectively. Their lack of responsiveness and communication in both directions between landlord/tenant is indicative of a company who simply has too many properties on their books and cannot provide quality service to all of them.
