My name is Tineke Shepherd. I own a private fully licenced home studio that is health board approved by appointment only. I am professionally trained and had a two year apprenticeship. I have 10 years experience. I do all kinds of tattoos. My favorite is realism but enjoy the little ones as well.

Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
I am from Langley,BC. I have wanted to do tattoos since I was a kid. Got an opportunity and looked for an apprenticeship and finally got one. The rest is history.
Describe a typical work day for you?
Somedays I will book myself solid with small tattoos or two medium size or one large piece.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Other amazing artists. Especially local ones.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
By doing their reseach and being honest about waht they want. Following the aftercare.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
When I won awards at a convention after my family passed away. I put everything I had into the tattoos and went in with no expectation and won. Knowing how pround they would be made me happy.
