So basically my experience with vets has been terrible, they seem to be completely incapable or unwilling to answer any questions over the phone ever. Now, I am not asking for diagnosis over the phone or anything, but none seem to even want to talk to me or my girlfriend. "Sorry we can't help you." "Call the poison hotline" (this costs $100+ by the way) "Sorry the veterinarian isn't in today." (this happens A LOT) I could go on, I really just want a reliable, friendly vet's office.
