  Hi. We live in a 2 bedroom house in Springfield road and are wondering about an extension. We would want a new upstairs bedroom and a room downstairs with whatever rearrangement is necessary to achieve this ( having the garage removed and building onto the existing building and out to where the garage is) . We would need an architect to do plans and folk to build it all. Anyone know how much this would cost as they have had similar done? If so and you don't mind us knowing how much it cost could you PM me please. Trying to work out if we could afford it. Thanks

  We used Bill Crawford.01506 27388. He will provide likely costings etc. He will come and visit to give an appraisal first.
