Looking for a recommendation for a builder for some internal renovations . There is some structural work involved and we have all the planning and building warrants...
Alison L. replied:
R Leslie Joiners and builders would be happy to give you a quote. We have just completed an extension in Linlithgow and can supply local references. Check out our website and FB page. rlesliejoiners.com
James M. replied:
Paul Lynch or Mike Edge Both Linlithgow both very competent builder/Joiner types.
Has anyone built a house locally? In addition to buying the plot and getting architect drawings done how do you price up the build cost/find a project manager?
Brad M. replied:
Highly recommend plotfinder.net if you haven't got one yet. CUBE RE:treat in Linlithgow are Architects and Main Contractors who can provide you with costs and project manage the build for you.
