  Urgent courtesy post. Rocky needs a miracle and our help. Any recommendations for vet help greatly appreciated. This family lives their dog We were contacted Rocky's family today they were looking for help. Rocky is a 3 year male pit mix that has been living with his family since he was 6 weeks old. He has 6, 8 and 10 year old human sisters that adore him. Rocky has suddenly taken ill. He's not earring, drinking he's sleeping a lot. Slipping while walking peeing in the house ( he's housebroken) and has not pooped in 5 days. His family had taken to low cost mobile vet where he was given x rays that showed nothing The vet gave him antibiotics that Rocky will not take. They were looking for someone to take him as they can not afford any further vet costs. And they concerned that they can not do what's medically need to help him or their words save him. They are heartbroken and have no idea where to go for help. Rocky is in the throngs neck area of the Bronx. They thought if they surrendered him to the NYC ACC they would medically take care.

  Call companion animal network for help. They have mobile vans and do all that stuff plus they have a rescue

  My Inlaws inherited a very vicious dog when my brother In law passed- it's time for her to be euthanized (she's about 14 and suffering) she cannot be brought to a vet, even muzzled is impossible. She is in bad shape & they cannot afford to bring her to vet to be put down but it's time- even vicious I can't watch this dog suffer. Can anyone recommend a vet that would be willing to come to Oakdale and put her down today??? As much as it breaks all our hearts she is in really bad shape and watching her like this is just so sad. They want to do it here where she will pass peacefully and with them but they are seniors and do not have the funds to bring her to a vet and like I said, getting her into a car would be absolutely impossible. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

  there's a mobile vet at 718544-7387 Never used but it might be worth a try. I know Dr. Jeffrey Siegel does it also but I don't have his number. Maybe he's on line
