  (SOLD) 1997 16x80 Bellcrest Pinehurst II mobile home 3 bedroom / 2 bath $16,000 - Ludowici, Ga Great home for a small family or couple for sale. Priced below book value! Very little work to be done in the home for it to be completely updated. Details include: 2 1/2 ton heat pump with remaining four year labor and manufacturer warranty, installed last year. New paint in entire home. Laminate flooring throughout entire home. No carpet. Flooring needs finishing in some areas (very few). Crown molding in all rooms except back bedroom. Some minor touch up painting needed and trim. Garden tub in master bath. Shower in master bath is cracked but could easily be repaired with minimal cost. High toilets in both bathrooms (replaced two years ago). Large walk in closet in master bedroom. Cathedral ceiling in living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. Ceiling fan in living room and all bedrooms. Heavy duty front door (just needs painting) with glass door. Mobile home located on private land and must be moved.
