What is GrabAPlate?
We are just people that have been down and out and fight everyday to overcome hard obstacles, just like anyone else.
We believe in our community and the people in it.
Everyone has their story's and hard ships, we know this...
But we believe we can overcome these hardships by bringing the community together as one.
When you drive down the street and you see an old chair on the side of the road, you look at it like, hmmmm... I wounder if i can make that into something beautiful?
Well, why can't we look at the homeless in this way?
We can help them, help themselves and become something beautiful.
Everyone deserves a hot meal and not to be just tossed out like trash. We are people...
And no one deserves to be treated as anything less.
What if this was your: Mother,Father,Sister or Brother and how would you feel? Well, guess what? They are other people's: Mothers,Fathers,Sisters and Brothers... So, shouldn't they deserve the same respect?
All I'm saying is, if everyone stepped up for their community. It would make a difference.
It should be about equality not equally.
Be sure to tell your friends about us.
