Bonsai endeavors to redefine Pan Asian cuisine in its entirety by translating centuries of history, reinventing flavours synonymous with the varied cuisines from the Continent, infusing generous dose of natural flavours with finest & freshest ingredients sourced from the region of origin, with modern presentations for diners to absorb a life altering culinary exploration.
Four friends gathered and took the oath to embrace the city with their passion of hospitality and practiced their entrepreneurial skills into play.
The inception of Bonsai took place after they discovered the lack of a properly designed Pan Asian restaurant, letting people enjoy the authentic experience.
The vision is to use the space to launch a legitimate fine dine-in restaurant. The dream team of chefs is assembled to deliver unparalleled cuisine under one roof.
