Rough Cleaning:
Our rough cleaning is performed multiply times throughout all phases of the construction process.
Services include:
• Eliminate all construction debris and trash inside and out.
• Remove stickers from windows
• Sweep floors/Porches
Final Cleaning/Make Ready:
Final cleaning is done once the construction process is entirely complete, prior to final walk-through.
Our final construction cleaning services include:
• Dust all vertical and horizontal surfaces top to bottom
• Vacuum or sweep/damp mop all floors
• Clean the insides of desks, cabinets, and drawers
• Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to make them ready for use.
• Clean window sills and window frames
• Wash all glass and mirrors
• Clean Light Switches
• Clean Baseboards
• Dust Doors and Door frames
• Clean Ceiling Fans and Light fixtures
• Clean Appliance Exteriors
• Wipe Down Counter-tops & Cabinets
