Recently renovated and transformed, Bourbon Prime opens this May, inside the Marriott Morgantown at Waterfront Place Hotel. This full-service restaurant will have a bourbon-inspired menu with an authentic West Virginia experience. Offering a menu of locally sourced items, including prime cuts of beef, inventive artisan cocktails, and fine craft beers. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
