Does anyone know where in Little Rock or the area that sells My Fathers World (kindergarten) curriculum? I want to get my hands on it to see if it would work for Luke. We are so close to finishing all his preschool goals and books.

We loved HWOT here! They sell some of the books at Mardels but you can order extra things from HWOT's website. http://www.hwtears.com/hwt
Brooke Beuth Mueller asked, "I am looking into Handwriting Without Tears for my daughter's writing curriculum for 2nd grade.
"Any experiences, good/bad?
"Or can anyone recommend another good, fun handwriting curriculum? Thanks!"
Virginia B. replied:
I am an Occupational Therapist and a homeschooler. The Handwriting Without Tears was developed by an OT who had a struggling writer of her own and the school was not teaching him. I use it for my OT kids as well as at home. Cursive starts in 3 rd but has beginning cursive in 2 nd (developmentally appropriate). It eliminates all of the flourishes and loops that can be confusing for some kids. You can adapt it for regular paper, I do this when I work in the public schools. The teachers guide has a lot of helpful tips for multisensory learning and lefties. The website is www.HWTears.com

We love Handwriting Without Tears. I highly recommend it. My boys love it and don't find it boring at all.
Anyone know a good occupational therapist for children? One of my children struggles with writing and I am learning that an OT might help.
