  Paul M. wrote: I had some plumbing work done by this company. The technician fixed my problem. I paid the technician in full for the work performed. In a month or so, I get another bill in the mail saying I owe more money. They said they raised their service fees. I think that they should have let their technicians know that. If the technician would have told me the correct amount, I would have paid it, but he did not say a word when I gave him payment for what I was quoted.
