  Harvey Baker Plumbing. 407-859-3572. We bought a hybrid GE from Lowe's (there was a rebate; not sure if there still is) and it was on sale, and he installed it. He also installed a water heater for another lady and she gave him good recommendations too. He is honest and usually responds quick. Good luck!
