  Women: Any suggestions on a good OBGYN? Its really important that they are not surgery/medicine pushers unless absolutely necessary. If it was my choice, I would go to an alternative/holistic one but my insurance doesn't cover that. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

  I have to be honest, they are all wonderful. I have a wonderful relationship with Dr. Goldstein, but some people don't want a male. I also love karen Davidson RN from there. She would have been there when caroline was there. Their high risk doctor is no longer on site and I needed to see him at Danbury Hospital. He seemed very nice. I really love the whole practice. What I did during my first pregnancy (now on my third:) I made and appt with each one, so if that was who was on call the night I went into labor I had met them. I had one miscarriage and that was when I met Dr, Henriques. He was so kind and gentle. Wonderful man. I feel that they are all open to however you wish to pursue your life and/or pregnancy and they work around your values and wishes. http://www.candlewoodobgyn.com/
