Philosphy:
It is vital that there is an awareness to change with the ever increasing demands we place on the planet. We are challenged to respond to the problems collectively. Foresight is an important tool to use to ensure we care for the earth. Together through proper design and planning, the practical solutions needed will be integrated. If we can muster how integral these processes are and adapt ourselves appropriately the fruits will be vigorous. Here, the foundation of Permaculture gives us a framework to holistically assess, read the landscape and create potential resources that once were seen as waste. It’s important to realize that we are interconnected and that everything has a purpose within the web of life. Together lets cultivate a tasteful experience that enhances the flavour and dimension of reality. Lets walk the talk and be active ingredients in self sufficient lifestyles.

To maintain a flexible approach, FIG offers a range of services with varying levels of detail to suit client needs.
Intial site visit
Allows for the vision and needs of the client to be shared. Then, the space and landscape can be assessed for its viable potential. Best options and most suitable recommendations can be discussed. Further, if needed soil tests can be carried out.
Conceptual Design
The conceptual design gives clarity to the client, on the potential plans. A concise written report on the recommended options is presented. These elements are integrated into a clear visual design.
Master plan
Following client approval of the concept plan, a set of detailed plans is prepared. These drawings document the landscape with much more depth and guidance. Supporting documentation will outline the variable components presented in the masterplan.
Presented in A3 colour rendered and laminated hardcopy format.
Project management and Installation
To ensure effective and accurate communication and installation of our designs, FIG also provides design documentation and project management services.
