  Hello, Seeking recommendations for a qualified psychologist to administer an IQ test for a gifted 5 year old. Specifically seeking someone who has expertise in administering either the Stanford Binet, WPPSI, or the WISC and administering the test to gifted 5 year old children. In the Long Island/NYC area. Any guidance you may provide is greatly appreciated. Any pointers on how to choose a qualified person is also greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

  Yes they are in PA. Contact your Department of Education. Gifted Education is mandated in PA. You will have to find out what is mandated in NY. Davidsongifted.org This is a website that lets you look up your state and see what is offered where. Good luck Elizabeth Benimoff. Let me know what you find.
