Anyone feel 'stuck' at a plateau?? I met with this awesome gal just over a month ago that was hitting the gym hard and eating a very clean, lower calorie diet, but was not seeing any progress, and in 4 weeks she's broken the plateau and has lost 4 lbs!! So cool!!
