  If they can't access the roof... I guess what I'm getting at is more the why of the negative being a negative. They may well have missed something that should have been apparent, or, they may have missed something that wasn't apparent. Maybe it's just a knee-jerk reaction on my part (really, it may be) from folks who expect a messiah, but give a thumbs-down after paying for the work of a mere mortal. (I feel like this comes off as more ranty than it really is?) Ah, found them. This was the place we used, they were pretty good, were happy to have me there while they did the inspection, explained what they found, etc. http://www.vbinspect.com/
