I used Ed Lampl for mine. Very thorough, experienced guy. He took pictures of everything, wrote up a whole report and also showed me how to maintain and fix some small things that I would never have noticed. Believe he charged around $450. Ed Lampl, Professional Home Inspector - 412-222-5968
