Brian Passerini does as little as he can, just to get a job done. His supplier seems low grade, as I have had to have repairs done to both my A/C & furnace, when fairly new. The frosting on the cake was Brian going away for this year's (2022) Christmas holiday, knowing the man covering for him was ill. I lost my furnace on Christmas Eve, in record breaking, frigid temperatures, had to drive home from vacation, as Brian told me to buy space heaters! and had no heat until 12/28, BY ANOTHER COMPANY! When I asked Brian when he would be home, he texted, "I don't know." A relay on my A/C failed last summer, (2021). Brian did not want to get me a new blower but when the A/C came on, it was very loud. The A/C is still under warranty and I will have this new heating & cooling company, replace the A/C blower, as well, before.the warranty expires. Stay away from this guy!
