  Dr Jodie Hurwitz took care of my SVT last October (she did a TNT event back in 2007 I think, a century ride maybe? http://www.nthc.com/jodie_hurwitz.html ($91K for the hospital, and if I recall correctly: $4K anesthesia, $3K for Dr Hurwitz. This was before insurance kicked in...)
