  Mary L. wrote: We paid to have the property graded with topsoil and seeded. The seed didn't catch and we have called repeatedly to have our property re-seeded after wasting thousands of gallons of water without success. The topsoil was of poor grade, had not been screened, having clods of soil and is filled with NUMEROUS pebbles and some glass shards. In process of having another landscaper clean up the mess at our expense! Very disappointing.
