Glendale Tree & Landscape - very reasonable and they do excellent work. Use Thomas Landscape for a major project just because they offered finance, big mistake. Told estimate will be mailed within 3 days, took a week. Told the work would start by a certain date, they kept rescheduling, finally started about 4 weeks later, work not done as contracted, caused $800 damage approximately. At first denied doing the damage, then admitted to one of the 3 damage items. Said they would pay for all the damages if I signed the loan document indicating all the work was completed. They said they would cut a check the very day the receipts were turned it and they refused. It wasn't until 2-3 weeks later after they received a letter indicating taking them to small claims court did they reimburse for the damages they caused on my property.

Thomas Landscape also tried to put the damages off on another company that only brought a shovel and pipes to the property and they claimed we caused the damaged. They installed pavers and a month later, they are uneven; whereas, Glendale installed pavers 6 years ago for us, and they are still level. Thomas Landscape also planted several bushes/trees and within a weeks time, weeds are growing and rodents are digging tunnels. Thomas Landscape brought landscape fabric but never used. Glendale also planted bushes for us several years ago and no weeds and rodents appeared.
