  Please help. I need to find a general contractor in our area that can go out to my client's house and provide an estimate for section 1 work that needs to be repaired. So far, the contractors I have contacted FOR THE LAST MONTH are too busy or said they would go out there and then completely blew me off. A contractor from Greenwood completely blew me off for last month. Does anyone know of someone that would : 1} answer phone or return call? 2} actually go out to the house in Cool and then provide an estimate for the work? That is all I need and so far in the last month everyone local has really treated this like it is unimportant. I emailed the pest report and I know this would be quite a few thousands of work just in my opinion of what needs to be done.
