  CONTRACTOR NEEDED: I have a property that has a leak in the bathroom...the floor is soft, lino is pulling away from the tub and toilet. The leak appears to be sub-floor, therefore the floor will need to be ripped up, studs replaced that are wet rotted, leak identified and corrected, and all put back together looking good for the tenants. Leak may be in the wall, therefore wall opened up, etc etc. Any recommendations? "Changing families financial futures...one cup of coffee at a time!"
