  Looking for referrals- We are buying a home and have already been given proof that the foundation issues were fixed. However after the appraisal, the lender is requiring a structural inspection. Does anyone in Gardner do this? Our realtor has someone out of Missouri and I'd rather not pay extra for them to "travel" especially when we know the issue has been fixed it's just something petty the lender wants done.
