  We have been seeing Dr Rigoni at Southern California Veterinary Hospital for about 3 years. He and the staff there are wonderful. If he's not available, Dr Gonzalez is also wonderful. We have gone through cancers, emergencies, and many other issues. that said, if it's acute you may just want to go to Veterinary Specialists of the Valley on Ventura.   URGENT: DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A NEUROSURGEON IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA THAT WILL ACCEPT PAYMENTS AND WORK WITH RESCUE? Very sick Eskie, rescued by Lori Pasch of Heart Bandits, has lost most of his ability to walk within a few days and MUST have diagnostic MRI and spinal tap. But current neuro wants all money up front and she only has approximately 1/2 the money raised.
