  Best guy/place - Dan Gibbons at Fresh Paint in Winchester. Came and measured and showed us samples then came and hung them. Was very customer focused and blinds are great quality. Blinds aren't cheap but his were cheaper than the ones I looked at online. We got to him through other happy friends. (978) 835-1282
