  Hey guys! Need some advice! My parents noticed a lot of bats flying from the house and speculated that they had bats in their attic. They called Orkin out and they said that they could have bats and mice in the attic and quoted them at $5,000 for removal. We are skeptical about their conclusion and we feel like $5,000 is way too high. Does anybody have experience with this that could give some insight? My mom also wanted to get a private unbiased inspector out but couldn't find somebody like that, does anybody know where we could a private inspector? Or does anybody have any suggestions on who we could call to get a second opinion? Thanks!
