Pat you may want to check ADL. Go to their website adltexas.org and look under the tab services. I think they offer spay, neuter services on Mon-Thur for a small fee. It's in the section about Community, Strays.I think they only do so many per day though.
No place is open on Monday but a private vet. You can keep her in the trap until Tuesday, she'll be fine. http://thecannolifund.org/tcf/projects/low-cost-spayneuter-clinics/

Bats need friends. They are getting wiped out by white-nose syndrome. You probably have big brown bats (Eptesicus fuscus). They are done nursing now and young are flying on their own building fat stores to mate and go into hibernation. If you know where they are coming from you can use screen to make an exclusion to let them out but not back in. Check out batconservation.org. They have lots of good stuff to help exclude them. Do not let pets or kids near any dead or dying bats. Rabies is nasty business. Good luck.

We hired Brady Stafford at Critter Out for skunk removal but he was telling us about another job he was doing for bat removal. Sounds like he knew his stuff if you want to give him a try. Also try putting bat boxes outside your home. If they have someplace to go outside they'll stay there.
