New to Rochester. Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent and or loan officer? Based on prior experience they can be hit or miss, so I thought I would see if anyone here could recommend someone before I stated googling names. Also, if anyone has any experience/advice, I'm a student at RIT (career change) and looking into getting a house that I can rent out a room or two to help cover the mortgage.
EDIT: Thanks for all the leads guys. Very much appreciated.

[Anthony Scorsone](http://www.anthonyscorsone.com/), from Re/Max. We used him to purchase our first home last August, then our friend used him to purchase HIS first home last month. Guy is straight up honest about everything, you can curse to him, he's into texting (helpful to get details about how things are going while you are at works), and is the type of guy you can grab a beer with. No pressure, no constant phone calls and harassment. (And if you use him, tell him Cassandra Rife sent ya! I think he's still doing a giveaway for referrals)
