Fair warning, any new dentist you go to will probably require a new patient exam--typically, they won't just take another doc's treatment plan and schedule you directly for treatment without evaluating you in person first.

I called at the end of May to make summer cleaning appointments for myself and three daughters. The lady on the phone told me she was taking new patients, but that Dr. Mack was on maternity leave. She instructed me to call back in July. I called the first week of July and the receptionist told me it was Dr. Mack's first day back. I should call back next week once Dr. Mack had established a schedule. I called today and they tell me they are not taking new patients. Seriously? I waited two months for nothing? Not very happy about how this was handled. We may be able to see you, call 573-635-6080 first thing tomorrow, we open at 7:30. We will submit to any private insurance but we are in network with delta.
