  Try Ozark Medical Center in Richland. They have a slide fee for people without insurance for like $20 a visit. 573-765-5141

  If you don't have insurance, take your taxes to Richland and they base your rate on your income. Can't remember the name of the place but their # is 573-765-5141. Good luck. They do medical based off your taxes also.
