  Anonymous post no. 14325 Hi GCC, has anyone suffered from a bulging disc causing chronic pain ie can only walk 20m then must lie down? My father has been dealing with his debilating condition for coming up a year. It breaks my heart to see my Dad like this. Although he didn't want to he tried a steroid injection - unsuccessful, it's so painful he cannot do Physio and not keen on surgery - but will if last resort. He is now going to try a decompression belt. Has anyone tried one of these and have any recommendations or have anyother suggestions for treatment options? Would really appreciate any leads or personal experiences. Thanks so much.
