About us
Semper Sliders is a veteran owned and operated restaurant trailer located in Music Valley Village. We offer hand crafted sliders and loaded tater tots. The owner, Zac Jenkins, a classically trained chef and former Marine, who has been working on food trucks in Nashville since early 2013. He acquired his passion for food trucking after a 2012 guest appearance on the episode "Music City Madness" on Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race". Semper Sliders is using a popular method on the west coast of turning a shipping container into a food trailer and setting up in a permanent location.
