  I am looking for a one story house to rent near NE Corvallis for my elderly 86 year old in-laws. Any leads that are not on property management sites and not on Craigslist? They are moving out of their most uncomfortable Seattle home that has a bunch of stairs. They don't need a big house, maybe 3 br, 2 br that is comfortable and does not need a lot of maintenance.
