Try Sterling Management. Not too many places are dog friendly, unfortunately. Good luck.

Stay away from GI Enterprises. Complete nightmare to the point that the owner of the house pulled the property we were renting. Now we rent directly from the owner. We had our own issues separately with the property manager. Really bad personality clash and so many illegal practices. If you want someone who is super laid back and unprofessional, GI is your company. If you want professionalism, look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, kinda the worst time to look. Most of the openings were just filled up at the beginning of the school year. If you can wait at all, I'd recommend just keep watching Craigslist and the Property Management websites for the next couple of months. By the middle of December you should see a few more open up.

I've been very happy with At Home PM - friendly management, quick to respond to requests, good at maintenance. They accept pets if you pay an extra deposit, as I recall (several of my neighbors have dogs or cats and told me this). I was *not* happy with IPMG - they were basically renting a real shithole, and doing the bare minimum to keep things maintained in that house. Although they weren't exactly proud of that property either. But in general, the property managers all post on Craigslist (as well as their own sites), so look there.

Home port property management is really good. They have pet friendly places.

Avoid ipmg management. I rent from an individual and for about a year he used them as he was living out of state. Several times they told him I didn't pay my rent only to have them find the check I had given them that they had lost.

I rented from Pinion Property for about a year. They have a list that gets updated daily. Basically, I sent in my application for a unit that was already rented but they approved the application. Then I just checked every morning and eventually got first dibs on a place (before seeing it). They treated me fair, gave me back my deposit when I moved out, and didn't charge me a monthly pet fee (like Duerksen). You can also look to take over a lease on Craigslist. Sometime students sign up for the full year but decide to take a break or even drop out.

I rented from Elite Property Management for a few years. No issues.
