Can someone recommend a good locksmith who can restore a hundred y.o. lockset? It's a case where they would need to take the lock and work on it in their shop to restore the push-button side lock release as well as key the lock.

They were no help at all. I asked if they can restore an antique lock. They said Yes. I said that it's 100 yrs old and they said, "Whoa, I doubt I can get parts." I found a place in upstate NY that can do it (which is where I'd rather be)! www.historichouseparts.com
Looking for antique/vintage stores Any thoughts? Just looking for cool, old stuff - trunks, mirrors, any sort of deco items.
Was thinking about Goodwills/AmVets/VoA/Salvation Army. Was just wondering if anyone has any other good ideas.
Not really looking for any expensive "second-hand" stores that sell overpriced faux antiques.

I know this is a little late, but I just found this subreddit! I work at [Historic Houseparts](http://www.historichouseparts.com) well, I work at the bath store, [Period Bath Supply Co](http://www.periodbath.com). It's a great store. You might not find anything, as it's mostly house items, but there's hardware for doors, windows, cabinets, ect. Have fun!
