  Property Management Recommendations Hey all, I'm looking to move into the city from the West End. I'm looking closely at the fan, but definitely don't mind living around the fringe. That being said, I've obviously been perusing Craigslist, but do any of you have recommendations for realtors or property managers? Hope you're staying warm in our "blizzard!"

  I have not had any issues with Bear Granville Corporation. http://www.beargranville.com/rental_listings Sometimes it has to do with the owner of the actual place. If they are willing to spend money for a repair and upkeep.
