He gave a bid for a job that ended up being lower then it probably should have been after he got into the work. Without asking for more money or communicating his concerns he left the job. No knock on the door, No phone call no text, no contact.
The next day I called and he stated that he felt bad for asking for more money. I questioned why he left without any communication. Not giving me the customer an option. He stated that he had a right to walk off any job he wanted to and that he had been in service for 27 years and he seems to be doing fine business-wise. I was welcome to take him to court but he didn't need the work.
There was a bid. There was a second meeting and confirmation on the work that needed to be done, with a handshake. It was a scheduled. He showed up and started the work about one-third done and then walked off the job.
