  Recommendations for Veterinarians in KW Hi - We will be getting a new golden retriever puppy in a month or so. The dog is coming from a breeder who isn't local. I was wondering if people had any recommendations for vets in KW. Our main concerns are competency, cost and, ideally, they would be able to board animals. My initial thoughts seem to be that Clark, Mitchell and Wilmot might be suitable choices. Thanks!

  I recently switched over to [Kingsdale](http://www.kingsdale.com/) and I've been very happy with them... located around Old King/Fairway/Expressway Exit.

  Clark vet is great, they were super nice to us when we took our cats there. But avoid the Kingsdale animal Hospital (near the highway) at all costs. They are cold, heartless and just in it for the money. Look up reviews online as well.
