There are so many diets, programs and challenges going around. Which one is best? Has anyone had any success from any? I am looking for healthy and a balanced lifestyle of home made meals and recipes and i NEED something that offers a plan or guidance to hold my hand through this... no shakes, powders, or quick fixes. Or is seeing a nutritionist best to begin with? I need help!! I don't know where to start and feel overwhelmed.
