Looking for real estate attorney recommendations I recently purchased a house in the Pasadena terrace area that has been a pain since moving into. I've had multiple large issues that probably relate to failed disclosure (plumbing/electric issues and not up to code, for instance). Obviously there's blame to go around between inspectors, seller, remodelers, and myself (being ignorant/short-sighted) -- but I'm out ~20K in repairs so far so I figure it's worth at least a consult to see if I can recoup some of this.
If anyone has good recommendations on law firms that specialize in residential real estate issues outside of foreclosure, I would very much appreciate it. I can't use Weber/Crabb/Wein as they represent parties I will likely have issues with.
Thanks in advance.

The Clearwater bar can do a generic recommendation for you if you call their number. Whe I studied at SPC in the Paralegal program is tu died under this gentleman who seemed to know what he was doing and was very pragmatic. http://www.mfmlegal.com/attorney/ray-c-carr/
