I normally cut my husband's hair for him, but today he treated himself to a cut at Rigby's and was a little underwhelmed. I'm surprised because the reviews seem mostly good. He didn't really get what he was asking for, didn't get any personal advice about styling, etc. I guess after years of free haircuts he was looking for a little bit of a more personal experience, and he wanted some advice since his hair is difficult to style(very thick and difficult to manage) and he is going for a new cut. Any recommendations for a place or a particular barber? Closer to Westchase is ideal but not necessary, and he's willing to pay a little more if it means a better experience.
